Since 1983, Latch Children’s Cancer Charity has been a beacon of hope for children and families across Wales. Over the years, they’ve grown into one of the most trusted and dynamic charities in the country—but their brand didn’t fully reflect that.
We were brought in to give Latch a bold new identity: a brand that captures their spirit, celebrates their impact, and sets them up to lead with confidence into the future. The result? A cohesive brand strategy and treatment that equips Latch to tell their story with clarity and honesty.
Now at the centre of the Latch brand is the “heart cwtch,” a mark shaped to hold the essence of the charity itself — a soft embrace of warmth, truth, empathy, and care that folds effortlessly around each child and family..

We discovered that Latch is here in every sense: here to offer financial support, here to lend an emotional hand, here to navigate the logistics, and here in person when it matters most. So we built their brand around one simple word: HERE—a promise that’s as much about presence as it is about heart. Every touchpoint, every message, every interaction now echoes that commitment.

The new Latch website was built around the needs of the team, giving them full control through custom modules and an intuitive CMS. With integrated donation features and a new online shop, the platform makes it easier than ever to connect with supporters and grow their impact for children and families across Wales.
